Meeting room hire
We offer fantastic meeting room facilities. We have two meeting rooms both with an interactive white board and projector, the Humber Room accommodates up to 20 people and the Myton Room accommodates up to 12.
Three standard rates apply, see below:
£50 for the Myton Rood
£75 for the Humber Room
Or Free of Charge based on the criteria below.
1. Organisations working with homeless or ex-homeless clients i.e. AA, Treatment agencies – Free of Charge2. Agencies holding training for our clients or staff who can attend free of charge – Free of Charge
3. Where agencies deliver training and agree to provide training to our staff free of charge which would normally have a cost applied to it, they can hold other training events with us (not relevant to us) – Free of charge
An agency requiring a room for an event which is not relevant to our clients or staff i.e. a senior management probation meeting if they are ordering lunch & refreshments from Your cafe @ The Crossings –
5. If none of the above applies then the standard charge of £50 or £75 (depending on the meeting room) which includes use of the projector is applicable.
Chilled mineral water is provided in all meeting rooms as standard and refreshments can be provided on request at 50p per serving. Please note that parking is limited and we suggest use of the local pay and display car park which is £2 to park all day. The Crossings does have disabled parking and is fully accessible.
