Sandy Smith (Chair) has spent her career in the supported housing sector. Sandy is currently the CEO of a homelessness charity based in Nottinghamshire. (HOPE)

Graham Jenkinson (Vice Chair) is the Managing Director of a design and marketing business based in Hull. Graham is a trustee of two other local charities (not in the same sectors).

Sylvia Hodder (Treasurer) recently retired from a senior management position with a large local company that enjoys a national reputation.

Luke Smith (Secretary) is a Methodist Minister and is active in various aspects of public life in the City Centre area.

Stephen Baker is a Hull City Councillor and represents the Council (as a key partner organisation) on the HULLHARP Board. Stephen is the portfolio holder for the Council in respect of social inclusion.

Mike Harding recently retired from the National Offender Management Service following a career as a Probation Officer.

Mary Walker is a Senior Employment Lawyer and a Partner in a local firm of solicitors.

Tony Forster  is a semi retired businesman and author who headed a number of financing operations in London, New York and Bermuda. From 1999, he co-founded and ran Bermuda's largest homeless and food rescue charity, where he was honorary Chairman and CEO until 2010.
