Places of Change is a government initiative to replace outdated hostels with modern inspiring buildings, with highly trained and motivated staff to deliver enganging activities in order to help homeless people in Hull transform their lives.

Subject to final planning consent, construction will commence in early 2010 and the complex should be ready spring 2011.
