Hull HARP is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee which was established in Hull in 1982.  It started with volunteers and has grown into a full support service for homelees people in the city.  It is well regarded and respected by both the community it serves and the sector.  It is dependent on public funding and support of both funding bodies and the local population.
